This time I will share a recipe for trout fish, namely Trout Amandine which is super delicious.


This Trout Amandine dish is adapted from the French trout meunière. Trout itself is found in many freshwater lakes in the United States, North Asia and Europe.


Trout are still in the same family as salmon. Trout also has many benefits, including the benefits of maintaining heart health, because Trout is rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids.


Good for pregnant women, because Trout fish can provide nutrition for pregnant women. The content of omega-3 acids and folic acid in trout is also considered very helpful for pregnant women.

Name of the Amandine Trout Dish.


Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of fresh trout fillet
  • 1/4 cup of wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup bread flour
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley leaves


How to make:

First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

While waiting for the hot oven. Prepare the trout on a baking sheet that has been greased with unsalted butter.

Then mix flour, salt and black pepper in a bowl.

And Dip the trout into the flour mixture and make sure the fish is evenly covered.

Roll the trout in the breadcrumbs and almonds until the fish is evenly covered. Then

Bake the trout in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until fish is cooked through and lightly browned on top.

Meanwhile, melt unsalted butter in a small skillet over medium heat and stir in the fresh lemon juice.

Once the trout is cooked, place it on a serving plate and drizzle the butter and lemon mixture over it.

Give Sprinkle parsley leaves over the fish and serve immediately.
