Hey hey hey, this time I will provide recipes and how to make dessert, namely Purin (Japanese Custrad Pudding).

This Purin is very delicious loh guys has a soft, creamy and sweet taste, making this Purin a very tasty and delicious dessert.

Many restaurants in Japan or in other countries make Purin as their dessert menu.

Now you want to feel this one dessert. If you want to taste it, you don't have to come to restaurants, we can make it at home, let's see how to make it.

Well first we have to prepare the ingredients first. What are the ingredients that must be prepared, here are the ingredients.

Ingredients:

  •  4 eggs
  • 800 ml fresh milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons agar powder (or 1 tablespoon agar powder)
  • 1/4 cup water

After the ingredients are ready, let's get to how to make it.

Here's how to make it:

1. Combine fresh milk, sugar, and vanilla extract into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, then stir until the sugar dissolves and the milk warms slightly. Do not let the milk boil.

2. In a separate container, beat the eggs until well blended, then pour a little at a time into the milk mixture while stirring continuously until the mixture becomes smooth.

3. Prepare a purine mold that has been sprayed with vegetable oil or smeared with a little butter so that it is easy to release purines when it is cooked. Then prepare a bowl and strain the purine mixture into the bowl.

4. Combine the agar-agar powder and water, stir well, then add to the milk mixture and stir again until evenly distributed.

5. Strain the milk mixture into the purine mold, then place the mold in a large container of hot water about half the height of the purine mold.

6. Bake in the oven for approximately 30-40 minutes at 160-170 degrees Celsius or until cooked. Test for doneness by poking a toothpick, if there is no sticky dough on the toothpick, the purines are done.

7. Once cooked, remove the purin from the mold by pinching it slightly or piercing the edges of the purin with a knife to make it easier to release the purin from the mold.

8. Serve the Japanese purin pudding by turning the mold onto a serving plate so that the purin comes out of the mold neatly.

Well that's it for the recipe and how to make the Purin, hopefully you succeed in making it.
